      The following students can opt for History and Culture of Punjab.
    1. Those who are not domicile of Punjab and have not studied punjabi language upto class X.
    2. Students originally from Punjab, but not domiciles of the state and who have not studied
      Punjabi language upto class x
    3. Defence personnel and their wards,along with wards of central government employees and children
      of employees who are tranferable on all India basis.
    4. Foreign students.
